Day 29 - Triacastela to Sarria

Another moonlight start to walking. We went on the actual route, not alternative, in search of the sparkling path, which we didn’t really find.

Stopped at Simon’s place (seems like a commune in Uki, northern NSW), we didn’t meet Simon but had lovely coffee and snacks for donativo. And saw Abby and her friend who had stayed there for the night.

Then went down a garden path to visit the alchemist, an interesting mineral rock artist.

Best sandwich (caliente) at casa de Franco in Furela.

Met Neal from Liverpool who likes motorsports and gives out sweets. He took a nice photo of us.

Also caught up with Denise who we first met at Suseia.

Magdalena monestary was shut. Lots of shiny happy pilgrims, who are about to start their 100km walk. Got pizzas and ate them back at Albergue. Albergue above a pub, really nice guy. Quad room $15 euro each.
